Last week, I got to venture back to my old stomping grounds of Williamsville and wandered around Glen Falls with Danielle and Shawn. Surprisingly, these two had never been to the Glen before, so I got to be not only their photographer, but their personal tour guide as well. We had a great time together, and you couldn't ask for more perfect weather. Here are a few of my favorites from the day... enjoy!!

baby leah

I'm at a point in my life where all of my friends are now starting their own families. This of course means that there will be lots of baby shoots coming to this blog soon! My very good friend Mel and her wonderful husband Dave, just gave birth to their first child, Leah. She is just beautiful. At only 6 days old she had her first professional photo shoot and did wonderful. I can't wait to see how she changes for the next time I see her! Here are a few of my favorites from the day... welcome to the world baby Leah!

alaska by sea (part 2)

Planes, trains, automobiles, boats, helicopters, kayaks, sea planes... we pretty much saw Alaska on every mode of transportation possible. Our sea portion was wonderful. My husband is a hydrogeologist, and me being the photographer, made this a perfect trip for us. We went into an area called Glacier Bay National Park where we were able to see five different glaciers all in the same bay... just beautiful. The ice is this deep aqua color and going into the bay we were surrounded by humpback whales, orcas, seals, puffins, dolphins, and bald eagles. Here were a few of my favorites from this portion of the trip... enjoy!
