My second shoot at Delaware Park was of Melissa & Jon. After 2 minutes of meeting these two, I felt as though I had known them for years. Melissa & Jon are two of the sweetest people I have ever met. We had their two dogs tag along with us throughout the park too! The day was just perfect and we had a great time exploring new areas of the park that I haven't seen before. When the weather is good in October, you have to take advantage. This week was incredible weather again with temps reaching 80 degrees! It felt more like July than October, so I definitely took advantage having back to back engagement shoots at Delaware park. I started with Christine and Jason who are just a awesome! I work with Christine, so it was so great to meet Jason and get to know them better. Here are a few of my favorites from the day.... thanks guys!

I just love our city... the people, the architecture, the food, the four seasons, this list could really go on. Autumn in Buffalo is just beautiful. In fact, October has really become like the new "July" in terms of brides looking to get married. For the third year in a row, this month has been my busiest yet. However, October is a little... unpredictable with the weather. Although we were just enjoying the the high 70's low 80's all this past week, two weeks ago was the polar opposite, with highs in the low 40's and temps feeling more like the the 30's! On this chilly day, Jen and Jeremy and their entire wedding party were troopers and braved the elements with me in the heart of downtown Buffalo. With the beautiful architecture as our backdrop, we wandered throughout downtown until we literally could not feel our fingers and toes. Jen and Jeremy, you rocked it... thanks for being so great out there! Enjoy!

booked up!!!!

It's official! We are moving in one month! Between all the shoots that are already booked, and now moving our entire house along with updating our new home, I am booked up until after the holidays! Once things settle down, I will definitely be scheduling new shoots... thanks for understanding!

A couple weeks ago, (I know, I've been slacking on my blog posts!) I met up with Dominique and Sam to capture their wedding day. We really lucked out on having a beautiful day here and I was so lucky to have TONS of time between the ceremony and reception that we ventured out to two different locations! We had a great time and honestly, there were so many photos to choose for this blog that I had a hard time narrowing it down, so here is my longest blog post ever... enjoy!
