A couple weeks ago I met up with Alyssa and Kyle to photograph my last wedding of 2012! I just love these two! I actually know Alyssa back from when I taught at Lew-Port... her best friend, and maid of honor Kaitlin, was one of my former art students! Aside from feeling a little old, I really did feel like I was hanging out with a bunch of friends on their amazing wedding day. The weather however, was nasty! It was freezing cold and bucketing rain. It really was so bad that we did most of the photos right where we had the ceremony. By the time we reached the reception we (well, mostly me) were soaked! The weather aside, it was a beautiful and emotional day. Alyssa and Kyle personalized every little beautiful detail and Alyssa even sang to Kyle. Honestly, it was one of the best weddings I have had all year and it was a great way to close my year. Alyssa & Kyle, I wish you all the best... and now for what you have been dying to see....

lauren & andy
A couple weeks ago, I met up with Lauren and Andy to photograph their beautiful fall wedding! You might remember seeing these two from our perfect fall engagement shoot last year. October weddings in Buffalo are always a risk, but the leaves this time of year are just the most amazing colors! It was threatening rain the whole time, and we did get caught in a little bit of rain, but for the most part, we lucked out. We really had an awesome time together. We headed over to one of my favorite areas: Knox Farm and had a whole bunch of time to explore. The wedding party was just amazing, totally wiling to do any photos and hike for what seemed like a mile at least!! Here are a few of my favorites from the day... enjoy!

kylie
I really love that I have reached a point as a photographer where I have gone full circle with my clients. I now have a few clients that I have photographed from the start of their relationship, to their wedding, and now their new growing family. Mandie & Jeff are a perfect example of this. What I loved the most is that we chose to do this photo shoot of their little peanut, Kylie, at the same location they had their engagement shoot and wedding photos done! Kylie had just turned one and was just the cutest little girl to work with. Mom had her in an adorable outfit and we just had a great time rolling in the grass and looking at doggies. Here are some that just melted my heart... enjoy!
danielle & adam
A few weeks ago, I headed up North to Canada to meet up with Danielle & Adam for their engagement shoot. We went to Victoria Park... This park is seriously the secret gem of Niagara Falls. I can't even begin to count how many times I have been to the falls, and honestly, I have never been inside of this park. It was quiet and beautiful, you almost forget that you are surrounded by hundreds of tourists and the world wonder right beyond the bushes. We had an awesome time together. These two are so laid back and so in love that the hour just flew by. Here are a few of my favorites... enjoy!
